My room was a bad management. The receptionist said it’s due to the booking duplication. I was charged another 3 days to be a bigger bed.This one is management problem.

The facilities, no cupboards, no hanger for shower head (how to shower??) The mirror is bad. I have a few pictures but dont feel like sharing.

Cashier is bad, not helpful and no responsible.

not clean, not give towel..we stay there 3 days there never clean also

The bed ok, the location & parking good

The room i got have a toilet problem (toilet tersumbat). Since i & partner already tired,,we only made the complaint on the next morning.The staff provide another keys to other room to use the toilet immediately after my complaint. At the first place, the staff should check the room first before give the keys to customer.

The bedsheet was so dirty , the walls were all split with some dirty stuff.Mirrors were not obaucle

I didnt get to stay at the hotel bcs my room wasn’t available on the check in day

The hotel didnt reach out to me by calls and email abt the room renovation so my room wasn’t available when i tried to check in on the day. They told me they had called me but i didnt get any calls from stranger number

The location. Ample parking space. Price is cheap.

The door, people can easily peek through between the door frame and door leaf. The painting in the room is peeling off making it so ugly and dirty look.

Overall would not suggest this accomodation, as the qualiti is beyond low expectation.

The bed was bad as the bedspring was broken and the wall was full of mold, even the hotel entrance was layered with just plywoods.

Near to masjid, walking distance. Near to convenience shops and restaurants.

Mgmt should upgrade overall cleanliness.

Friendly staff

1 . There a cockroach2 . Smelly bed , dusty and got stain on bed3 . When reach there , they ask to change room cause they fully booked and they ask to pay more for other room that i didn't booked .
